HC is a simple to use MPEG video encoder and is meant for creating MPEG video streams with a strong focus on DVD-compliancy. All MPEG resolutions are supported, maximum 4K resolution. Two versions are available, a GUI version which is easy to use and a batch version which is controlled by a serie of commands in an ini file, it can also take parameters. Output is a regular video file which can be used directly in your favourite authoring program.
